Google already has a tool presentations in their already very attractive online office suite. We talked about Google Docs, which lets you create presentations. The tool is already translated into English, it is extremely easy to use and has the basic options when creating a presentation: subjects (about 15), edit text, insert images and of course, view the presentations. 
The only thing we missed at first glance is the possibility of encouraging the securities or of choosing between transitions.
